By accessing or using Signyourself ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or other users' accounts
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data without permission
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

4. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Platform. By uploading content, you grant Signyourself a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, distribute, and promote your content as part of the Platform's services.

5. Payments & Fees

Certain features require a paid subscription. Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and access will continue until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

For transactions processed through the Platform (sales, tips, sponsorships), we charge a platform fee as disclosed on our pricing page. Payouts are subject to processing times and minimum withdrawal amounts.

6. AI Services

The Platform provides AI-powered features including content generation, business management, and recommendations. AI outputs are provided as suggestions and should be reviewed before use. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Signyourself shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you of material changes via email.
